Overview
This is a live project in collaboration with What Caused This (WCT). The platform is a root cause analysis platform that allows organisations to deal with complex problems by mapping their root causes. By identifying patterns and uncovering underlying issues, businesses can better manage risks and improve overall performance. This was developed as part of a collaborative project.

Problem Statement
New users were experiencing friction between requesting a demo and accessing their workspace. The onboarding process relied heavily on the HR team's intervention, creating delays and risking drop-off before users could recognise the platform's value.
Goal
Reduce The Time to Value (TTV) by making the platform benefits and usage clear.
Reuduce human touchpoints.
Streamline the process of identifying new users, obtaining necessary information, and getting them set up.
Simplify the free trial to the paid subscription process.

My team and I began our research in this miro board where we created user folows etc.
Prototyping
After solidifiing research we began prototyping.
Impact
Drop off time decreased.
Time To Value increased.
Result
Reflection
If the project launched, we would track metrics and the Human Resources team would recive less inquires and would not need to instruct every user on how to use the platform.
